Our History

At SD Tech, our mission has been simple.

Get the IT right, enabling focus on the product and/or service that’s the reason for being in business. Our full spectrum IT Managed Service provides the competitive edge companies need in a rough and tumble marketplace, with quality equipment, installations, and maintenance they can trust.

SD Tech International is committed to helping change-makers create a more productive, profitable future for themselves, their families and their clients. Our 1Team approach makes it possible for business professionals with experience in Sales, Marketing, Management or Technology to benefit from an unprecedented growth in the demand for top-quality Managed IT Service.

In the past, a technological background with advanced certifications was necessary to help companies meet the tech challenge and navigate the inevitable twists and turns of the business cycle. The 2020 shutdown, though, dramatically highlighted how vital it is for those with diverse backgrounds to understand the centrality of IT in operational flexibility. It helped validate the SD Tech approach and led us to the idea that diversity of experience on our 1Team will yield a major strategic advantage over the competition.

So, we designed a franchise system that will give aspiring business owners the opportunity to build their own word of mouth networks, bolstered by multiple platform marketing. And now you can participate in an industry which is projected to have unlimited growth potential over the next several decades.

Provide a competitive edge for small to medium-sized businesses

Quick—name 3 businesses within 5 miles of your home that are thriving without up-to-date technology and communications systems.

Clearly, there’s a reason the estimates are mind-boggling. According to Markets and Markets, the global Managed Services market size is expected to grow at a Compound Annual Growth Rate of 7.9% during the forecast period, to reach USD 354.8 billion by 2026 from USD 242.9 billion in 2021. Impressive, right? But the projections are that by 2028, it’ll be USD 553 billion. More and more small to medium-sized companies are realizing that a piecemeal approach doesn’t cut it, and that they need to make this critical element of modern business a strategic priority.

While it’s true that the move is on to quality integrated Managed Service, there are still companies that haven’t gotten the following memo.

It has come to our attention that many otherwise solid businesses are late for the future. Boggles the mind, it does, but some companies are STILL using a scattershot crisis management approach to their technical/communications & security systems, and worst of all are risking revenues and reputations patching past issues instead of preparing for the ones that it’s safe to say are coming next.

At your earliest opportunity, please develop a plan that integrates strategic design, installation, security and ongoing maintenance into your technology approach. Check with the BBB for Managed Service Providers that have an A+ rating, who resolve 85% or more of the issues that arise remotely, and can deploy fast friendly and thorough technicians for onsite troubleshooting when necessary.

Best of luck with your future endeavors. (Ignore this memo and luck will be essential.)
